Tendering, Procuring and Managing Fieldwork

Our services include the procurement and management of archaeological sub-contractors, employed following a tendering process to ensure best value, and the final QA of all third-party documentation before issue to the LPA, ensuring that they are both fit for purpose and do not over play any findings. We have a strong track record in negotiating the scope of work, and also in ensuring that the commercial implications of the results of archaeological evaluation work are understood by the client team.
