As Head of Archaeology at GHC Archaeology and Heritage, Ben’s role is to advise clients on diverse projects where archaeological remains are a consideration. This work routinely involves negotiating schemes of work with local planning authorities and the costing, procuring and management of archaeological investigation. Ben’s long career in archaeological fieldwork, and more latterly consultancy, provides extensive archaeological experience enabling him to deliver targeted and efficiently run projects in a challenging market.
