Senior Archaeology & Heritage Consultant
Michelle has worked as a heritage professional for archaeological units and research institutions across the U.K., Europe and the U.S.A for almost 20 years. She has completed assessments nationwide for a diverse range of archaeological and built heritage projects in both urban and rural contexts, including small-scale residential developments and large renewable schemes.

As a Consultant, her work includes the production of Historic Environment Desk-Based Assessments, Heritage Impact Assessments, Heritage Statements, Scoping Reports and ES Chapters, as well as Archaeological Fieldwork Management. With a thorough knowledge of archaeology and heritage policy within the planning system, Michelle is able to provide advice and undertake consultation with local authorities on projects in all stages of the planning process.

Michelle is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (MCIfA) and a branch leader with the Peak District Young Archaeologists’ Club.
